Day - 1

26^th  September, Wed

·           Arriving   at Mumbai Airport Terminal 2 at 03.10 am. Flight No: QR200. Carrier is Qatar   Airways.

·           Bus   will pick up the group from the Airport and drive to Pune.

·           Arrive   at Sapna Hotel, freshen up and have breakfast

·           Rest   and sleep.

Day – 2

27^th September, Thu

·           Pick-up   by bus at 9:30 a.m.

·           Arrival   at TOS by school bus at around 10:00   a.m.

·           Orientation,   Answering questions, Survival inputs, Go through the schedule

·           Go   on a School Tour

·           1.00 -Lunch at TOS

·           2:00 pm: Go back to Hotel.   Rest.

·           Evening   free, can observe the cultural festivities in the city on account of Ganesh   Festival with some members of the core committee of School, who will meet you   at the Hotel at around 6:30 p.m.

Day – 3

28th

September, Fri

·           Morning   – 9.15 a.m. Go to Shaniwar Wada on your own by Rickshaw

·           Go   for a heritage walk - It will be a 2 hour guided walk. Accompanied by a TOS   member + 2 experts.

·           Details for the heritage walk   :

·           Start point: Shaniwar Wada at   9:30 am

  3) Tambat Aali
  4) Paar
  5) Faani Aali Talim
  6) Kasba Ganapati
  7) Shaniwar Wada

·           Bus   pick up at 2.15 p.m.

·           3   to 5 p.m.: High Tea with Host Families in the school.

Day – 4

29^th September, Sat

·           Morning is free.

·           In   the evening, observe the Ganpati Visarjan procession with other members from   TOS and some Swedish friends.

Day – 5

30^th September, Sun

·           You   check-out at 09:30 a.m. from the Hotel and come to the school.

·           Host   families pick you up from the school. 

·           Spend   the day interacting with host family members.

Day - 6

1^st October, Mon

·           Morning   –Arrive in  school at 8.30 a.m. with   host friend

·           There   will be an intercultural seminar by Lakshmi.

·           There   will be a talk by Deepak Dalal on 'Wild India - An illustrated journey’.

Day – 7

2^nd October, Tue

·            Holiday – on account of Gandhi Jayanti.

·           Spend   the day with host family.

Day – 8

3^rd October, Wed

·           Morning   –Arrive in  school at 8.30 a.m. with   host friend

·           Visit to Suzlon – Wind Energy manufacturing company Time  9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Day -  9

4^th October, Thu

·           Morning   –Arrive in  school at 8.30 a.m. with   host friend

·           Environment   group - About Vasundhara Envt. Film Festival , Pune – And 2   environmental  films. OR

·           Biodiversity   of India and its reserved forests + 2 films

·           This   program will be in school itself and will be facilitated by an Expert.

·           Computer   group – Leave for Neeti Solution for an interaction with Dr. Parag or start   their course at the Gaming institute – Neeti Solutions, for a week. Timing   10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

·           Free   Day for exploring the city/shopping etc.

Day – 13

8^th October, Mon

·           Morning   –Arrive in  school at 8.30 a.m. with   host friend

·           Environment   group - Visit to Katraj  Waste   segregation  –  By Janavani – Corporation people, rag   pickers – survey/ interview

·           You   will go by school bus and accompanied by TOS member.

Day - 14

9^th October, Tue

·           Visit   to Flame

Day- 15

10^th October, Wed

·           Visit   to DAV and Modern school

Day - 16

11^th October, Thu

·           Report to school at 6:45 a.m.

·           Will leave at 7 a.m.  for   a visit to a village –Ralegan Siddhi - model   village - a village that shows the real meaning of development – pioneered by   a single man Mr. Anna Hazare –   social activist.

·           The group will be accompanied by TOS members.

Day 17

12^th October, Fri

·           Seminar at TOS – sharing your impressions

·           Evening free for   shopping and packing

Day - 18

13^th October, Sat

·           Hosts   to bring them in the school in the morning at 8:30 a.m. with the luggage.   After breakfast, group to take the  bus for Mumbai. Check-in at Hotel   Bentley.

·           Evening   – sight seeing

Day  - 19

14^th October, Sun

·        
  Visit   to Dharavi slums – optional

Day – 20

15^th October, Mon

·           Return   to Sweden from Mumbai Airport Terminal 2 at 04.40 am. Flight No: QR201.   Carrier is Qatar Airways.
